A few days after the Marvel Comics co-creator passed away, J.C. reveals that she and her late father had been developing a new character called Dirt Man prior to his death.

AceShowbiz - Comic book icon Stan Lee and his daughter were working on a new superhero character before he died.

The late writer's daughter, J.C., tells TMZ she's now pushing forward with the project surrounding a new character, called Dirt Man.

J.C. tells the outlet she created the character, but her dad helped develop him and they were still working on the project over the weekend, before Stan's death on Monday, November 12.

J.C is staying mum on the new character and his back story, but she insists the project is "very interesting".

As Marvel's longtime comic book guru, Stan co-created characters like Spider-Man, the Avengers, The Incredible Hulk, and X-Men.
