Responding to a fan's joke about her therapist, the 'God Is a Woman' singer candidly tells her followers that the mental health treatment has often saved her life.

AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande is encouraging fans to follow her lead and seek out therapy to deal with trauma, because it has been her saviour "so many times".
The "God Is A Woman" hitmaker was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) last year (2017) after a bomb attack outside a concert in Manchester, England derailed her "Dangerous Woman Tour", and cost 22 fans their lives.
The tragedy left Ariana struggling with crippling anxiety attacks, and in September, the singer's mental health took another big hit following the death of her ex-boyfriend, rapper Mac Miller, who passed away from an accidental drug overdose.
Ariana, who also split from her fiance Pete Davidson last month, has since pulled herself out of the draining emotional situations to prepare for a new album and a 2019 tour, leading one fan to wonder who was responsible for helping the 25 year old bounce back.

The message caught the pop superstar's eye, and on Monday, November 05, she replied, calling the tweet "funny as f**k".
However, Ariana then turned serious as she urged others facing similar difficulties to speak up in times of need.
"but in all honesty therapy has saved my life so many times," she wrote.
"if you're afraid to ask for help, don't be. u don't have to be in constant pain & u can process trauma. i've got a lot of work to do but it's a start to even be aware that it's possible (sic)."

Ariana's words of advice emerged on the same day Los Angeles coroners confirmed Miller's cause of death. Officials ruled he had suffered from "mixed drug toxicity" with cocaine, ethanol, and fentanyl found in his system, with the combination proving deadly.
Grande and Miller, 26, parted ways in May after two years together, and she quickly moved on with comedian Davidson, who proposed within weeks of dating.
