AceShowbiz - Daddy Yankee has joined his "Despacito" collaborator Luis Fonsi in the record books with 10 new Guinness Book entries.
The reggaeton star was recently handed 10 certificates marking his feats, which include becoming the first Latin artist to reach number one on Spotify's global chart and holding the record for the most number ones on the Billboard Latin Rhythm Airplay chart (2017).
"It is an honour to add these Guinness World Records titles to my list of accomplishments and acknowledgments," he says. "Another item was taken off of my bucket list.
He also shares officials records with Fonsi, thanks to "Despacito", for most viewed video online, most viewed music video on YouTube, first YouTube video to receive five billion views, and most streamed track worldwide.
