The Foo Fighters frontman was left impressed by Collier Cash Rule's guitar skills after he played a few chords of Metallica's 'Enter Sandman' during an impromptu segment at the concert.

AceShowbiz - A 10-year-old Foo Fighters fan scored a special memento from frontman Dave Grohl at Friday night's (October 12) show in Missouri after wowing the audience with his guitar skills.

Young Collier Cash Rule was invited to join the band onstage in Kansas City, and showed off his talents as he played a few chords of Metallica's "Enter Sandman".

Grohl and his bandmates were so impressed, they proceeded to perform the rock cover with the kid leading the group on Dave's guitar.

Video footage of the child prodigy has since been posted online, showing Dave applauding Rule's skills as the impromptu segment came to an end, and allowing the boy to keep the instrument.

Rule's mother has since revealed her son had only started playing the guitar about two years ago, but has been working hard at perfecting his craft, practising before and after school each day, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
