The two reportedly hashed things out during a long phone call and agreed to be more respectful of each other going forward.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West and Nick Cannon have apparently buried the hatchet after they're feuding over the latter's comments about Kim Kardashian. Defending his wife, the "Black Skinhead" rapper blasted the "Wild N' Out" host, but the former husband of Mariah Carey told Kim's husband that he can't tell him "what I can and what I can't say."

But now they reportedly have squashed their beef. According to TMZ, the two had a conversation over a phone call to discuss the matter this weekend, after exchanging phone numbers in their Instagram DMs.

During their supposedly long phone call, Kanye and Nick told each other what made them feel disrespected. The "Yikes" hitmaker was clearly angry at Nick for commenting on Kim's body, while Nick was upset that Kanye called him out for being honest and speaking up his mind.

Nevertheless, the two agreed to respect each other and "be mindful of one another going forward," sources say. They even reportedly discussed Kanye's potential appearance on Nick's show "Wild N' Out" and it would be happening soon. Should it happen, it won't be Kanye's first appearance on the show.

Nick previously talked about Kim when he weighed in on the "Kiki" in Drake's "In My Feelings". Nick, who used to date Kim before she was married to Kanye, hinted an affair was entirely possible, leading the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star to dismiss the allegations.

An angry Kanye then told Nick to stop commenting on his ex's personal life. "I understand that you used to date my wife, but you know, you get into an interview, don't mention my wife," he said on Instagram videos. "If someone brings my wife up, say, 'I respect that man (Kanye), I'm not speaking on that.' Don't be making no suggestions - like nobody f**k my wife (sic)."

Responding to Kanye's rant, Nick hit back as saying, "But I honestly got to say this, my dude. I've never said anything disrespectful or harmful to ya, in my opinion, to your marriage or your union. I salute it, keep it going." He continued, "But you are not gonna tell me what I can and what I can't say, I'm a solid individual. Someone asks me a question, I'm gonna answer it to the best of my ability. I'm gonna give my opinion. There ain't no harm, no foul."
