AceShowbiz - Kit Harington will always be grateful to "Game of Thrones" - because he met his wife, Rose Leslie, on set.
The hit show was named Best Drama Series at 2018 Emmy Awards on Monday, September 17 and as the cast celebrated backstage, they were each asked for their personal highlights from the drama.
Harington noted the show has provided him with a personal milestone, and may be responsible for more in the future.
"I met my wife in this show," he told Us Weekly. "It gave me, hopefully, my future family, and my life from here on in."
The 31-year-old, who has appeared as beloved character Jon Snow for seven seasons, married Leslie in June on her family's estate in Scotland.
His former co-star portrayed his lover Ygritte before her character was killed off.
