The 'Big Brother' host is reportedly going to give up her job as a moderator on 'The Talk' following her husband's resignation as the CEO of CBS.

AceShowbiz - Julie Chen is choosing her family over her job. The 48-year-old TV presenter is reportedly leaving "The Talk" as she continues supporting her husband Les Moonves amid multiple sexual harassment allegations against him.

"She is definitely leaving 'The Talk' and will 100 percent stay with Les," a so-called insider tells Page Six. Chen reportedly will remain serving as the host of "Big Brother", but she may not be back for the next season. "I wouldn't be surprised if [CBS] asked her not to come back," says declared her support Page Six's source.

The source additionally says that the date of Chen's exit is not decided yet. "It could be this week, or she could do it after 'Big Brother',' but she will be leaving," the source claims. Meanwhile, CNN reports that she is expected to bid farewell to viewers through a videotaped message on Tuesday's (September 18) episode.

Chen has been absent on the CBS daytime talk show since Monday, September 10 following Moonves' departure from CBS. She announced at the time that she's "taking a few days off from 'The Talk' to be with my family."

Her "The Talk" co-hosts weighed in on the issue in the September 10 episode, with Sharon Osbourne acknowledging, "It's very embarrassing and upsetting to have to talk about [Chen's] husband, but... we feel it's right." She added of Moonves, "Obviously the man has a problem."

Sara Gilbert said she'll "always" support and love Chen, but added that this is "an important time in our culture. And just because this hits close to home, it doesn't change this story. All women's stories matter. This is very serious and the appropriate actions need to take place."

Regarding the sexual harassment allegations against her husband, Chen said in a statement posted on Twitter, "Leslie is a good man and a loving father, devoted husband and inspiring corporate leader. He has always been a kind, decent and moral human being. I fully support my husband and stand behind him."

She further surprised everyone when she declared her support for her husband as she hosted "Big Brother" by signing off, "From outside the 'Big Brother' house... I'm Julie Chen Moonves. Good night."
