AceShowbiz - Street artist Shepard Fairey has marked the 50th anniversary of country legend Johnny Cash's At Folsom Prison album by recreating an iconic photo of the Man in Black on the side of a Sacramento, Caifornia building.

The 15-storey mural, inspired by late photographer Jim Marshall's 1968 shot of Cash at the California jail, has been unveiled on the side of the Residence Inn by Marriott in downtown Sacramento, 20 miles from the prison itself.

The stunning artwork was unveiled as part of Sacramento’s Wide Open Walls mural festival earlier this month.

Fairey famously created the iconic 'Hope' posters for then-candidate Barack Obama's presidential run in 2008.
