A judge has closed his criminal case related to two probation violations, but he's still facing prosecution for first degree criminal sexual conduct.

AceShowbiz - Newly-released rapper Kodak Black is celebrating after having his probation terminated.

The Tunnel Vision MC, 21, had initially been due to serve a year behind bars in Florida after pleading guilty to two probation violations, including driving on a suspended license back in April.

Several other violation charges, including child neglect, relating to a police raid on his home earlier this year, were dropped.

He was given a break earlier this month, when he was granted an early release from jail, and on Monday, August 27, a judge officially ended his probation period and closed his criminal case.

According to court papers obtained by The Blast, the ruling was based on a good behaviour recommendation from authorities at the Department of Corrections.

It's one less legal woe for Kodak, who has a history of run-ins with the law. He is also facing prosecution for first degree criminal sexual conduct, after an alleged incident with a teenage girl at a South Carolina hotel following a concert in 2016.

He was indicted by a grand jury last October (17) and freed on bond on 1 December (17).

Kodak faces up to 30 years behind bars if convicted in that case.
