AceShowbiz - Singer Ne-Yo has taken a $400,000 (GBP310,000) hit on the sale of his Georgia mansion.
The nine-bedroom Alpharetta pad, which features its own elevator and grotto spa, was listed at $1.56 million (GBP1.2 million) when it first hit the market in 2011, but the So Sick hitmaker has offloaded the place for $1.16 (GBP900,000).
The new owner also picks up a professional kitchen, panelled library, wine cellar, exercise room, large pool with waterslide, and a home theatre, according to The Blast.
