After getting hit by a phone in the face, the rapper stops his set and threatens to sue the fan who throws the thing to him.

AceShowbiz - Swae Lee was forced to halt his set at a gig in Dallas, Texas on Sunday, August 26 after he was struck in the face by a phone.

The rapper and his brother Slim Jxmmi, who form the duo Rae Sremmurd, were supporting Wiz Khalifa at the city's Starplex Pavilion when a concertgoer threw the object at him - leaving him livid with rage and with a bloodied lip.

Footage posted on Twitter shows Swae, real name Khalif Malik Ibin Shaman Brown, stopping his set and threatening to sue the fan - who he believed was female after checking the name on the phone.

Enraged, he berated the crowd and asked cameras to zoom-in on his face so the audience could see his injuries on the big screen. The 23-year-old was then escorted from the stage.

After the gig, Swae tweeted about the incident and explained that he may have to take a break from Wiz's tour to recover.

"My lip is f**ked up this dumb a** girl through (threw) her phone on stage like a baseball y'all gotta have more common sense than that my s**t is f**ked might miss a few days of tour," he wrote.

The next dates on the hip-hop stars' trek are on Wednesday and Thursday in Alberqueque, New Mexico and Phoenix, Arizona - the final two shows before Rae Sremmurd leave the tour.
