AceShowbiz - Will Smith joined son Jaden Smith onstage for a surprise duet of Icon.
The Oscar-nominated actor shared the special moment in a video posted on Instagram, showing him alongside the 20-year-old rapper during his son's concert at the American Airlines Arena in Miami on Thursday, August 09.
Jaden is currently performing on J. Cole's KOD tour.
"First Time performing with @c.syresmith. Backstage, I was just an Icon Cryin' #KODtour," the 49-year-old captioned the clip on Friday, August 10, showing Will arriving backstage, preparing for the performance and surprising the crowd.
The proud father also posted a photo of the two of them onstage, writing, "A little Father & Son Time in Miami!"
And Will, who shares son Jaden and 17-year-old daughter Willow with wife Jada Pinkett-Smith, isn't the only one in the family who is working on a surprise collbaortion.
The Girls Trip star, who also fronts heavy metal band Wicked Wisdom, recently revealed she and Willow have been in the recording studio laying down vocals for a special duet, which they hope will be the first of a series of songs between mother and daughter.
"I actually have a song with Willow that we did together," she told Billboard.com last month. "It's called 'Dear Father' and we are still working on it. But it's pretty dope."
The 46-year-old actress added: "Willow has always wanted to do some stuff with me. She grew up with Wicked Wisdom on tour so it's always been her dream to play with the band and play with me on stage. It's really fun. So we're thinking about doing four songs or something."
