Anthony Oliver claimed the actress plied him with alcohol and drugs at a party in 1998, when he was just 16, and then had sex with him.
The case was dismissed due to the statute of limitations, with the judge pointing out that Oliver should have filed his suit within eight years after turning 18, according to TMZ.
Jamie always maintained the allegation against her was unfounded, and her representatives called it a "targeted extortion scheme".
According to the outlet, Oliver is plaanning to appeal the dismissal.
