AceShowbiz - Dax Shepard has been hired to host a new U.S. TV game show co-created and executive produced by Justin Timberlake.
Fox executives have greenlighted Spin the Wheel, which offers contestants the chance to win over $20 million per episode, according to Deadline.
The show is the brainchild of Timberlake and Andrew Glassman, the executive producer of hit show The Wall.
"This show is massive on so many levels and has the ability to change people's lives," Fox's president of Alternative Entertainment and Specials, Rob Wade, says. "We have a charismatic and hilarious host in Dax, an uber-producer in Andrew, an insanely creative global superstar in Justin and one of the biggest prizes in primetime history".
"I can't think of a better job than giving out millions of dollars to nice people," Shepard says. "It's my chance to finally be Willy Wonka".
Spin the Wheel is scheduled to premiere later this year.
