AceShowbiz - "Arrow" star Parker Young has become a first time father.
The actor's fiancee, Stephanie Weber, gave birth to a little girl on July 19 and on Tuesday, July 31, Parker took to Instagram to introduce fans to his daughter.
"Welcome to the world baby girl. Jaxon Orion Young - Daddy's J.OY.," he captioned the series of sweet snaps, in which he is featured topless as he cradles the newborn.
Parker has been dating Stephanie, the creative director of the woman's apparel company Satao's Keeper, since high school, and he proposed at a gender reveal party on February 24, shortly after they discovered they were having a girl.
However, the 29-year-old recently admitted he only started seriously considering marriage after they learned Stephanie was pregnant.
"We had been together so long and it just worked, that I had really no intention of taking it that next step. I had the mentality that if it ain't broke, don't fix it (sic)," he told People.com in March.
"We finally got pregnant and we were doing the reveal, and there's family in town and friends, and I was like, 'I think this is a good time to do it'," he continued. "Two weeks before, I'm scrambling and I found a ring. We're on the beach with the friends and family and we had smoke bombs and we didn't know if it was going to be blue or pink. It shot pink smoke and I took a knee, and it was a pretty special moment for us."
