AceShowbiz - Nicolas Cage and his girlfriend had a romantic hotel getaway interrupted by the Royal Mounted Canadian Police (RMCP) after another guest's noise complaint.
The Con Air star, 54, and his girlfriend Erika Koike headed to the five-star Fairmont Banff Springs hotel in Alberta, Canada on Tuesday, July 24, after he wrapped filming on his latest movie, according to TMZ.com.
Their antics apparently annoyed other guests however, as security were called up to the actor's room to tell him to keep things down.
Nicolas complied with the request, but another guest had already called the RMCP, whose officers, who are popularly known as 'Mounties' and are known for their distinctive red uniforms, called in on the star and his lover.
Law enforcement sources tell the U.S. gossip site that officers decided to take no further action against the couple and that the matter was closed.
