According to a new report, the two sides have reportedly 'amicably resolved their differences.'

AceShowbiz - Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has settled his financial dispute with the crisis public relations firm who represented him after he was accused of sexual misconduct.

Executives at Sitrick and Company severed their relationship with Weinstein in April, shortly before he was indicted on two counts of rape and one of a criminal sexual act relating to alleged incidents involving two women in 2004 and 2013.

Sitrick bosses claimed the 66-year-old owed them more than $352,000 (£267,000) when they parted ways, having filed for arbitration in February alleging part of the bill for their services had been left unpaid.

According to The Blast, the matter is now settled, with Sitrick's petition being "dismissed with prejudice" as the two sides have "amicably resolved their differences".

The shamed film producer's lawyers initially hired Sitrick to handle the fall-out from exposes published by The New York Times and The New Yorker alleging he had subjected actresses and female underlings to sexual harassment and assault.

Since the first reports naming Weinstein were published in October (17), more than 90 women, including actresses Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashley Judd, Salma Hayek, Asia Argento, Mira Sorvino, and Rose McGowan, have come forward with accusations.

Sitrick and Company founder Michael Sitrick and his staffer Holly Baird served as the liaison between Weinstein, his legal team and the media until they formally ended their relationship with the former head of The Weinstein Company.

Earlier this month Weinstein was hit with three additional criminal charges for sexual assault. He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him and denies any allegations he engaged in non-consensual sex.
