The trailer of the 'Sons of Anarchy' spin-off features some action-packed scenes that involve guns and car crashes.

AceShowbiz - FX has released the first trailer for "Mayans MC", a spin-off to Kurt Sutter's award-winning "Sons of Anarchy". The almost-2-minute video was released on Thursday, July 19, just days before the stars and crew of the new series take the stage at the 2018 San Diego Comic-Con on Sunday.

Set to a Spanish version of The Rolling Stones' "Paint It Black", the trailer introduces JD Pardo's Ezekiel "EZ" Reyes who is a prospect in the Mayans MC charter on the Cali/Mexi border. He appears to impress the members of the Mayans MC as they dub him "smart."

EZ, who's just gotten out from prison, has also learned that his high school girlfriend has moved on. One scene features him bitterly starring at Sarah Bolger's character, who is standing on the opposite of the road while holding a baby boy. Somewhere in the trailer, they meet each other as she demands EZ to tell her the truth.

The trailer also shows some action-packed scenes that involve guns and car crashes. EX's father warns him that once he gets himself in, there's no way out.

"Mayans MC" takes place post-Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam) world. EZ is the gifted son of a proud Latino family, whose American dream was snuffed out by cartel violence. Now, his need for vengeance drives him toward a life he never intended and can never escape.

Also starring on the series are Clayton Cardenas, Edward James Olmos, Michael Irby, Carla Baratta, Antonio Jaramillo, Raoul Max Trujillo, Richard Cabral and Danny Pino. Emilio Rivera, Frankie Loyal, Joseph Lucero, Vincent Rocco Vargas, Maurice Compte, Gino Vento, Tony Plana and Ada Maris are recurring.

"Mayans MC" will premiere on September 4 at 10 P.M. on FX.
