AceShowbiz - Pete Davidson may not mind when people criticize him, but he surely won't hold back when they attack his fiancee Ariana Grande. The funnyman has recently clapped back at a fan for criticizing the petite singer's latest tribute to his late firefighter father, Scott Davidson.
It all started when Pete shared on Instagram a photo of Ariana wearing a gold necklace with a pendant of his late father's Fire Department of New York badge. It engraved with his father's number, "8418." One fan thought that Ariana went too far for her latest tribute.
"No girl should wear your dad's chain. So disrespectful," so the fan said, and Pete was definitely not having it. "For ur information that's not just some girl, that's my fiancee," he told the fan. "She's the greatest person I know. I gave it to her because she has my heart and that it the most precious thing I own. My dad would be so happy and love her so much."

Ariana left a comment too, telling the "Saturday Night Live" star, "I love u more than anything."
The gold necklace wasn't the first time Ariana honored Pete's father, who died during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack. She also has the number "8418" tattooed on the top of her foot while Pete had the same number inked on his left forearm. It's unclear when she got the new tattoo, but eagle-eyed fans of the "No Tears Left to Cry" hitmaker first noticed the new ink when she was out with her comedian fiance in New York earlier this month.
Pete confirmed his engagement to Ariana during his recent appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". The couple is now living together in an apartment in New York City.
