AceShowbiz - Model and actress Kate Upton is expecting her first child.
The Other Woman star announced the happy news in a post on Instagram on Saturday, July 14, as she showed off her small baby bump.
"#PregnantinMiami @justinverlander," she wrote.
Kate and baseball player Verlander, who started dating in 2014, wed in Italy in November (17).
In March, the sportsman gushed about married life.
"Married life's been great," he told People magazine. "I married my best friend, and we do everything we can to spend as much time together as possible. Honestly, I couldn't be happier. It's been a lovely first year of marriage."
Upton's announcement also comes a few months after she came forward with allegations of harassment and assault against Guess co-founder Paul Marciano, claiming he groped her breasts and made inappropriate comments to her during meetings and photoshoots in 2010 and 2011. Marciano previously denied all claims of sexual misconduct against him, but resigned from the company last month.
Meanwhile, Kate will be eating healthy throughout her pregnancy after launching a healthy line of ready-made vegan meals with Urban Remedy last month.
The 26 year old is a long-time customer of the organic, plant-based food company, and now she has created the nutrient-packed Kate Upton Meal Plan, which features a range of ready-to-eat dishes made with fresh ingredients, as well as health-focused snacks, juices, and smoothies, all in conjunction with the upcoming launch of the stunner's own wellness platform, Strong4Me Fitness.
