The 'Modern Family' actress is looking healthy in her hot pool pictures following her health issue last month.

AceShowbiz - Sarah Hyland enjoys summer by cooling down in a pool and wearing nothing but a bikini thong. Taking to Instagram on July 6, the Haley Dunphy depicter shared some topless pictures of her with her dog to her 5.7 million followers. Apparently, Sarah wanted to minimalize tan lines by ditching her bikini top.
One of the photos saw Sarah smiling widely to the camera as she basked in the bright summer sun on a big pink inflatable pool toy. She wore nothing but a black bikini bottom and a pair of sunglasses. The 27-year-old actress' brown labrador retriever even joined in on the fun. "DAWG ON A POOL TOY… also #freethenipple #funboy #happiestgirlintheworld #mybooforlife," Sarah captioned the pictures.
Sarah posted the hot pool pictures just weeks after she was hospitalized on June 21 following an unknown health issue. The "Modern Family" starlet shocked fans with a photo of her swollen face on her Instagram Story. "Sometimes a selfie is more than just a good angle or feelin cute," she wrote as her health issue coincided with National Selfie Day. "This time for #NationalSelfieDay, I've decided to share my truth. As painful as it is. So here is my face that was torn from work against my will. But I'm very grateful it was. Health should always come first."
"Can't wait to come back to my precious angel princess," she added, while sharing a video of her furry friend. "She's perfect and knows exactly what I need at all times. This was taken this past Sunday. Day before hospitalization. She was literally telling me to get treatment."
Previously, Sarah had a kidney transplant in 2012 after secretly battling kidney dysplasia. The health struggle made her constantly feel tired and in pain.
