AceShowbiz - Things continue to heat up between Josh Duhamel and Eiza Gonzalez. The alleged lovers were photographed enjoying a romantic getaway near Muyil on the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico over the weekend.
The "Love, Simon" actor and his actress girlfriend were snapped canoodling aboard a boat as they took a trip on the Muyil Lagoon. One photo also saw the "Baby Driver" actress kissing the 45-year-old star while cupping his cheeks with her hands.
During the PDA-packed vacay, Eiza was in full vacation spirit as she rocked a skimpy, sharkskin bikini. She had her brunette locks styled in a bun and completed her look in black sunglasses. Josh, meanwhile, opted for white board shorts which he wore beneath his life vest.
It arrives after a report suggested that Josh was surprised by how well he and Eiza connect in a such short amount of time. "Josh has been taken totally by surprise by his feelings for Eiza, he didn't expect to meet someone this quickly that he would feel this way about," a source close to the actor revealed.
"When he split with Fergie (a.k.a. Stacy Ferguson), Josh presumed he would be single for a year or so, and was kind of looking forward to it, but then he met Eiza and everything changed," the source continues. "Josh really wasn't interested in anything serious, and at first they were just hooking up and keeping it casual, but he's really fallen for her in a big way."
Eiza reportedly has been very supportive of him and understanding that he needs to move slowly following his divorce from Fergie. "Eiza has been happy to go at Josh's pace, and hasn't pressured him at all--he loves how easy going she is, totally laid back and not demanding at all," the source went on sharing.
The "Win a Date With Tad Hamilton" star and Eiza sparked romance rumors in February, just 5 months after the former's split from Fergie.
