AceShowbiz - Owen Wilson is reportedly ready to undergo a paternity test after a pregnant woman claimed he was the father of her unborn child.

According to Us Weekly, the 49-year-old actor voluntarily offered to take the test after the unnamed woman recently came forward.

A source told the publication that if he is the father, the star will step up and do his share of parental responsibilities.

"Owen has been a great father to his two boys and has maintained a warm and close relationship with their mothers," the source explained. "Of course if a paternity test establishes that he is the father of another child, he will fulfil all of his obligations to support his child."

Wilson is already dad to seven-year-old Robert Ford, who he shares with ex-girlfriend Jade Duell, and four-year-old son Finn, from his previous relationship with personal trainer Caroline Lindqvist.

The "Wedding Crashers" star opened up about life as a father to young sons during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in June last year, and revealed his eldest son, whom he calls Ford, could carve out a possible career in Hollywood as a stuntman.

"Ford seems like he might even be a little stunt man in training," Wilson said, before showing a video of his son doing a belly flop off a diving board.

"Anything Ford says is just the funniest thing ever. And I can make a joke, and it's, like, crickets. It's like nothing from those guys. Sometimes it feels more like I'm already seeing how they're gonna be as teenagers, where they're gonna sort of be ganging up on me," he laughed.

A representative for the star has yet to comment on the report.
