A Broward County Sheriff's Department official has confirmed that the rapper was rushed to a nearby hospital, but has since died from his injuries.

AceShowbiz - Rapper XXXTENTACION has died following a shooting in his native Florida.
The Look at Me! hitmaker, real name Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was targetted after leaving a motorcycle dealer in Deerfield Beach on Monday, June 18, when an attacker reportedly approached his car and fired multiple rounds.
Police were called to the scene, where XXXTentacion was found slumped over in his car, without a pulse.
The 20-year-old was rushed to a nearby hospital, but has since died from his injuries, a Broward County Sheriff's Department official has confirmed.
Authorities are currently searching for the suspects, described as two black males wearing hoodies, while the shooter covered his face with a red mask, according to TMZ.com.
The men are believed to have fled in a black SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) with tinted windows.
Representatives for XXXTENTACION have yet to comment on his passing.
The rapper rose to fame last year (17) with the release of his debut album, 17. His follow-up, ?, hit the top of the U.S. Billboard 200 in March and featured the singles Sad! and Changes.
His music success was marred by his various legal issues, and he had been awaiting trial amid allegations of assaulting his ex-girlfriend in 2016, when she was pregnant. He was also charged with witness tampering and harassment after allegedly convincing the woman not to testify against him.
