AceShowbiz - Chad Michael Murray's wife has poked fun at his ex's shocking claim that she never wanted to marry the actor.
Murray was briefly married to his One Tree Hill castmate Sophia Bush in 2005 and 2006 and she recently revealed she felt pressured to become his wife against her wishes.
"It was not a thing I actually really wanted to do," the 35-year-old actress confessed during a guest appearance on SiriusXM's Radio Andy with Andy Cohen on Wednesday, June 13. "Everybody’s been 22 and stupid. Ladies have to learn how to take up space in a way men are taught they are entitled to!".
Her comments prompted a response from her ex-husband's representative, who insisted, "Chad conducts himself in a completely professional manner and would never marry for any reason but love," before adding, "Thirteen years since his divorce from Sophia, he has a very happy family life with his wife and children. He has completely moved on and doesn't feel the need to engage in this type of behavior".
But his second wife, Sarah Roemer, has addressed the drama on Instagram, posting a picture of two women talking, with one stating: "Wait a second... my producers also made me marry Chad Michael Murray!".
Sarah added the caption: "#doitforthecrew. #ikid #ilovemyhusband #familyman #IwanttobeChadwhenIgrowup #13yearslater #iwishpeaceandloveforall".
Murray, 36, and Roemer, 33, who met on the set of Chosen in 2014, wed in 2015, and share two kids.
