AceShowbiz - Actor and singer Tyrese Gibson is facing a lawsuit over an unpaid credit card balance.
Bosses at credit card company American Express claim The Fate of the Furious star owes $61,100 (GBP45,600) on his card, according to TMZ.
News of the lawsuit comes a day after it was reported Tyrese is seeking primary custody of his 10-year-old daughter Shayla, so he can raise her in Atlanta, Georgia with his new baby girl, who is due in September.
Gibson and his ex, Nora, fought over custody in court last year (17) after she accused him of spanking their child so severely she couldn't sit down. During the legal battle, Tyrese was prevented from seeing Shayla, but he was finally awarded 50/50 custody.
