AceShowbiz - Issa Rae didn't stop slamming Kanye West at the 2018 CFDA Awards just because Kim Kardashian attended the fashion award-giving show at Brooklyn Museum in New York on June 4. The "Insecure" star, who served as the host that night, blasted the rapper for his slavery comments during her opening monologue.

Donning a blue beaded gown, Issa opened the ceremony by showing a series of photos of her looking very unfashionable. She said of the photos, "When left to my own devices I'm as fashionable as Kanye is black - only when it's convenient. That joke was my choice, just like slavery." The actress then referenced Kim and her sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, who also attended the event. Issa said that there was a "six-pack of Kardashians."

It's unknown how Kim reacted to the diss.

Later that evening, Kim took the stage to receive the first Influencer Award at the ceremony. During her acceptance speech, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star joked about her love of being nude. "I'm kind of shocked that I'm winning a fashion award when I'm naked most of the time," she said. "This is seriously such an honor."

Kim then recalled the times when a former publicist told her she would never make an impact in the fashion world. "It was maybe seven years ago when... I had a publicist and she asked what was my goals, what were my dreams?" she continued. "And I said, 'I just want to be on the cover of a fashion magazine.' And she said to me, 'Let's get some realistic goals because that would never happen.' " Kim went on saying that she sent that person an autographed copy of her Vogue cover.

Besides Kim, Donatella Versace and Carolina Herrera were among the winners list.
