The younger Hadid sister denies messing up her face, adding that she's even 'scared of putting fillers into my lips.'

AceShowbiz - Model Bella Hadid has fired back at gossip suggesting she's had plastic surgery at 21, insisting she wouldn't want to risk messing up her million dollar face.

The stunner, who is rumoured to be back in the arms of her ex The Weeknd, sounded off about fresh comments regarding her looks in a new InStyle interview and made it clear she's years away from getting any work done.

"People think I got all this surgery or did this or that, and you know what, we can do a scan of my face, darling... I'm scared of putting fillers into my lips," she said. "I wouldn't want to mess up my face".

But Bella insists she doesn't let all the negativity about her beauty, brains and body get to her - she simply tunes out social media.

"I turn my phone off and remember that the people around me are the only ones whose opinions I care about...," she added. "I've learned that people are going to hate you and that there’s nothing you can do about it except be yourself and love yourself.

"But I feel people's energy very intensely. Often I think, 'I just want to meet you and tell you I'm not a bad person. You don’t have to be mean to me'".

Bella also recently admitted that people have the wrong idea about her - she's not the party girl she's often portrayed as in the media.

"That's a thing of the past," she told Harper's Bazaar magazine. "I can't wait to just sit on the couch... The last thing I want to do on a Saturday night is go out. I just want to be around people who love me".
