Dubbed an assassin, Cavill's August Walker is apparently hired by the CIA to take down Ethan Hunt and his team.

AceShowbiz - Paramount Pictures and Skydance have released a new trailer for "Mission Impossible - Fallout" for your viewing pleasure. Packed with high-octane action scenes, it offers more insight into the plot details.
Sean Harris plays the villain, Solomon Lane, who manages to escape and threatens to bring an end that Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) "always feared." In what looks like a dream sequence, Ethan and his wife Julia (Michelle Monaghan) are seen having their wedding ceremony before a huge explosion is seen in the distance and appears to likely decimate everyone within a wide range.
While Secretary Alan Hunley (Alec Baldwin) trusts Ethan to handle the situation, Angela Bassett's character from the CIA wants to take over the mission and assigns Henry Cavill's August Walker for it. "This is the CIA's mission. You use a scalpel. I prefer a hammer," she says to Alan.
As they continue to interfere with each other, Ethan and August are going to clash in a gun-totting scene as well as a helicopter chase scene.

'Mission Impossible - Fallout' finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson (II), Michelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong."
Directed and written by Christopher McQuarrie who has worked with Cruise on "Valkyrie, "Edge of Tomorrow", "Jack Reacher" and "Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation", the sixth installment of the action film franchise will open in theaters across the nation on July 27.
