The former 'NCIS' star's former husband Coyote Shivers has hit her with a personal injury lawsuit, accusing her of stalking him since they split and threatening his life.

AceShowbiz - Actress Pauley Perrette's ex-husband has accused her of sending him death threats. Canadian musician Coyote Shivers has filed a personal injury case against the former "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" star, claiming she threatened his life and tried to defame him.
Perrette and Shivers were married from 2000 to 2006 and during their acrimonious divorce, the actress accused her ex-husband of physical, emotional and sexual abuse. However, Shivers now alleges Perrette has been stalking him since they split and once broke into his house through a window and attacked a female friend.
According to The Blast, Shivers also claims the 49-year-old has sent "malicious, harassing and legally defamatory" correspondence to his Hollywood United Neighborhood Council associates and has called him a stalker in public.
The lawsuit comes days after the actress alluded to "multiple physical assaults" she allegedly suffered while working on "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service", but did not elaborate on who committed the assaults against her or where or when they took place.
