AceShowbiz - Frances Bean Cobain has finally moved on from her ill-fated marriage after letting her ex Isaiah Silva keep her late dad's guitar. Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love's daughter settled her divorce with Isaiah Silva six months ago, but the former lovers refused to sign off on ownership of the tragic Nirvana star's acoustic guitar - and they've spent the last few months fighting over who should get it.

Silva maintained Frances gave him the instrument as a wedding gift, but she insisted the 1959 Martin D-18E her dad strummed during Nirvana's MTV Unplugged set rightfully belonged to her.

Now, in an effort to put her brief marriage behind her, it appears Cobain, who was a baby when her father committed suicide in 1994, has given up the guitar to avoid a messy trial, according to TMZ.

Sources tell the outlet Frances will not have to pay her ex any spousal support - and she gets the house they purchased.

Silva initially asked for $25,000 a month and legal fees.
