AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is reportedly set to label her new lingerie line "Kimono Intimates". The reality TV star hit headlines last month, amid rumours suggesting she is working on her first collection of undergarments with the same designers behind her sister Khloe Kardashian's Good American clothing brand.
Now company officials have filed paperwork in the U.S. to trademark "Kimono Intimates", which is thought to be the name of Kim's upcoming venture.
According to TMZ, the range will feature everything from bustiers and nightgowns to leotards, socks, and nipple pasties, and is expected to retail at affordable prices for fans by the end of the year.
The news emerges three months after Kim and her sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian took a trip to Japan, where kimono robes are customary. They even got the change to spend some time with real geishas, with Kim sharing a photo of the meeting on Instagram.
Kimono Intimates will be the first clothing project for Kim since she and her sisters announced they were closing their DASH boutiques in Los Angeles and Miami, Florida, two years after shuttering their New York store.
She is now focused on her own empire, through which the mother-of-three continues to enjoy huge success with her KKW Beauty make-up line and her most recent fragrance, KKW Body, which comes in a bottle modeled after her own famous figure.
