AceShowbiz - Rapper Common is reportedly in talks to join Melissa McCarthy and Elisabeth Moss in the movie adaptation of crime comic book series "The Kitchen (2019)". Common is in talks to portray Federal Bureau of Investigations agent Gary Silvers in the film.
Should he agrees to portray the character, he will join Tiffany Haddish, James Badge Dale, Jeremy Bobb, and Myk Watfordin the movie, which will begin production in New York next month.
Set in New York City's Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood in the 1970s, the story centers upon the wives of Irish mobsters, who take control of the crime operation when their husbands go to jail.
"The Kitchen" is slated for release in September 2019.
