The 'Doctor Strange' actress, who kept her pregnancy under the radar, recently welcomed her first child with her boyfriend Jamie Linden and was spotted carrying the newborn baby to lunch.

AceShowbiz - Rachel McAdams is officially a mom now! The 39-year-old actress has secretly given birth to a baby boy, her first child with boyfriend Jamie Linden, as they were recently spotted stepping out with the newborn baby not too long ago.

In some pictures obtained by Hollywood Pipeline, the Canadian beauty and her screenwriter beau were seen taking the baby to lunch. The "Dear John" writer appeared to be smitten with the new bundle of joy as he couldn't keep his eyes off his newborn son, whom he was carrying in his arms.

The happy parents were reportedly heard gushing about what a "good sleeper he is" and that "he's a good baby" during the walk. The couple kept it casual during the outing, wearing checkered shirts which Jamie paired with jeans. Rachel, meanwhile, seemed to try to go incognito by sporting a blue hat and sunglasses.

Rachel, who has been notoriously keeping her love relationship private, has not confirmed the baby's birth. She didn't even address her pregnancy after news broke in February that she was at least seven months pregnant with the baby.

At the time, the Irene Adler of Guy Ritchie's "Sherlock Holmes" movies was spotted wearing a baggy jacket and a long scarf, possibly to cover her baby bump, when she was photographed at an airport in Toroto earlier this year.

Rachel and Jamie started dating in summer 2016. She was previously romantically linked to her "The Notebook" co-star Ryan Gosling, Michael Sheen and Taylor Kitsch. Jamie, meanwhile, dated "New Girl" star Zooey Deschanel for two years, before calling it quits in August 2014.

Prior to getting pregnant, the "Spotlight" star had opened up about her desire to start a family. In 2009, she told PEOPLE, "Having a few [kids] would be great. My mom is a great inspiration to me...She's a nurse and very nurturing and gentle. She lets me be who I am. Hopefully I can take on those qualities and be as great as her."

She also said in a 2010 interview with InStyle, "Part of me is very attached to the idea of having children. It'll depend on if I find the person I want to do that with."
