Dwayne Johnson's 'Jumanji' wins two for Favorite Movie and Favorite Movie Actor, while Zendaya is named Favorite Movie Actress for her roles in 'Greatest Showman' and 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'.

AceShowbiz - The winners for the 2018 Kids' Choice Awards were announced on Saturday, March 24 during the live telecast that took place at The Forum in Inglewood, California. Hosted by wrestler-turned-actor John Cena, the event handed out awards for kids' favorites in movies, television, music and digital.
In movie field, "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" won multiple prizes with two awards. It was voted as Favorite Movie, beating out the likes of "Beauty and the Beast (2017)", "Spider-Man: Homecoming", "Star Wars: The Last Jedi", "The Greatest Showman" and "Wonder Woman".
"Jumanji" lead star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson came out as Favorite Movie Actor, edging out other nominees including his own co-star Kevin Hart, Ben Affleck ("Justice League"), Chris Hemsworth ("Thor: Ragnarok"), Chris Pratt ("Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2") and Will Ferrell ("Daddy's Home 2").
Favorite Movie Actress title, meanwhile, went to Zendaya Coleman for her roles in "The Greatest Showman" and "Spider-Man: Homecoming". Other contenders included Anna Kendrick ("Pitch Perfect 3"), Daisy Ridley ("Star Wars: The Last Jedi"), Emma Watson ("Beauty and the Beast"), Gal Gadot ("Wonder Woman" & "Justice League") and Zoe Saldana ("Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2").
Disney's "Coco" was another winner, being named the Favorite Animated Movie. It beat out other nominees such as "Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie", "Cars 3", "Despicable Me 3" and "The Lego Batman Movie".
The annual Kids' Choice Awards is known for drenching certain celebrity guests in a waterfall of green slime. The Saturday ceremony featured social media star and "Dance Moms" alum JoJo Siwa who performed a medley of hits, including "Boomerang". N.E.R.D. also performed their hit "Lemon" with a crew of kid dancers on top of a cafeteria table.
