The 58-year-old man, who claims to be the 'End Game' singer's 'boyfriend,' is bragging about needing a gun to protect her, law enforcement sources say.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift needs to beware of a gun-seeking "boyfriend." The 28-year-old singer may have to deal with another obsessed fan as a man claims to be her "boyfriend" and needs a gun to protect her, TMZ reports.
Law enforcement sources in New Hampshire tell the site that the 58-year-old man was at the gas station for voluntary questioning on an unrelated case when he bragged he was the pop superstar's boyfriend. He reportedly showed cops what he claimed to be text messages with a "Taylor Swift" as the recipient.
Cops got suspicious when he started asking how many states he could drive through with a concealed carry weapons permit. He also said he needed a gun to protect Taylor in Africa. It's unclear why he thinks the "Blank Space" songstress will be in Africa.
Police, however, didn't detain him right there and then because, as they explained, someone saying he/she wants a gun to protect another person is not a crime. The cops have reportedly tried to contact Taylor's team to warn her about the obsessed fan.
Dealing with an obsessed fan is not something new for Taylor. In July last year, a stranger showed up to her Rhode Island home and tried to marry her. Another man, Mohammed Jaffar, was sent to a state psychiatric facility in September after breaking into Taylor's New York apartment in February and calling her management team about 60 times in a two-week period.
He continued to violate orders to stay away from Taylor until his March 6 arrest. He briefly appeared in Manhattan Supreme Court, but he was deemed unfit to stand trial by court doctor.
The obsessed fan aside, Taylor is gearing up to kick off her "Reputation Stadium Tour" which will begin on May 8 in Glendale, Arizona. She will visit countries around the world, including the U.K., Canada, Australia and New Zealand, until the end of the tour which is currently schedule on November 9.
