After Chyna filed a lawsuit claiming they 'killed' her show 'Rob and Chyna', the Kardashian-Jenner clan has asked a judge to dismiss the former stripper's lawsuit against them.

AceShowbiz - Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Rob Kardashian have responded to Blac Chyna's lawsuit against them. In her suit, the 29-year-old former exotic dancer, whose real name is Angela White, previously claimed that the Kardashians were responsible for the cancellation of her E! reality show, "Rob & Chyna".

In court documents she filed, Blac accused the entire Kardashian family of interfering with the filming of her and Rob's reality show. "Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season," read her filing.

"Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White's career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch - without the help of a famous last name," the suit continued. "This lawsuit seeks to hold them accountable."

And on December 21, Kris, Kim and Rob's attorney filed a "demurrer" objecting Blac's lawsuit and asking for it to be dismissed. According to TMZ, the famous family hit back at Rob's ex, claiming that it was due to her domestic violence restraining order against her 30-year-old baby daddy which made it impossible to film interactions between the two for the show.

"Plaintiff asked the Court to issue an order prohibiting Rob from contacting her 'either directly or indirectly, in any way' and requiring Rob to stay away from Plaintiff, her home and workplace," so read their filing. "Given Plaintiff's conduct in seeking and obtaining a restraining order that required Rob to stay away from Plaintiff and her workplace, no trier of fact could possibly find that it was reasonably probable that a second season of 'Rob & Chyna' would have been picked up and filmed."

Back in September, Rob and Blac settled their custody battle over their daughter Dream as the youngest Kardashian sibling offered $20,000 a month in child support if his ex would also drop the domestic charges against him in return. Blac later dropped her case against Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian as well as Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner from the list of defendants, but Kris, Kim and Rob were still named in the suit.
