Jenna blames members of porn industry, who bullied August so hard after the late porn star refused to do a scene with a male star who had done gay porn in the past, for her suicide.

AceShowbiz - Porn industry was shook very hard when August Ames took her own life on December 6 after she was accused of being homophobic for refusing to do a scene with an adult male star who had done gay porn in the past. Learning of August's tragic death, former porn star Jenna Jameson now blasts fellow adults stars for bullying August.

"I am so disappointed in some of the people in the adult industry," Jenna tells The Blast. "I am also shocked and dismayed at a few FEMALES that attacked and helped fan the fire against my friend August." She adds, "Her blood is on their hands."

The former "Queen of Porn" specifically calls out adult star Jessica Drake for allegedly attacking August "about her choice of who to work with." Without mentioning August's name, Jessica previously said, "If you're eliminating folks based on the fact they they may have done gay or crossover work, your logic is seriously flawed."

Jenna also lashes out against Jaxton Wheeler who tweeted that August should kill herself by taking a "cyanide pill." Jenna claims he is notorious for being "verbally violent to women."

Jaxton has not reacted to August's death, but Jessica has released a statement explaining that her comments were not meant to bully or harass anyone. She, however, admits, "I still feel as if I failed her."

Jenna continues to slam those bullies, "This should be a signal to everyone that their words are more than just words, they can take their toll."

August committed suicide by hanging earlier this week after she received backlash for her tweet which was deemed homophobic. "whichever (lady) performer is replacing me tomorrow for @EroticaXNews , you're shooting with a guy who has shot gay porn, just to let cha know. BS is all I can say Do agents really not care about who they’re representing? #ladirect I do my homework for my body," read the tweet posted on December 3.

She later defended herself, writing on Monday, "I don't have anything to apologize for! Apologizing for taking extra steps to ensue that my body stays safe? F**k you guys attacking me when none of my intentions were malicious. I f**king love the gay community! What the f**k ever! I CHOOSE who I have inside my body. No hate."

August's friend and fellow adult film star Alison Tyler reveals that the late star was attacked "pretty hard" following her tweet. "A couple of people from the gay industry attacked her pretty hard, were pretty hard on her about her decision, and a few females from the straight industry were also very hard on her and were also very verbal about it and they were some big names in our industry," Alison tells HollywoodLife.com.

She adds, "But who really knows what pushed her over the edge? It was more than fans bullying her on Twitter, it was performers as well, and that is the part that is heart-breaking because we are a community and a family. We as an industry need to be more close-knit, and we need to protect each other. If you have something to say about somebody, don't do it on social media. If you have a disagreement with another performer, do it quietly."
