AceShowbiz - The divorce petition filed by Jenna Jameson's estranged wife Jessica Lawless has been dismissed by a Las Vegas judge. The dismissal came after Jessica failed to serve Jenna with the legal paperwork within the allotted timeframe.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Jessica was granted an extension for serving Jenna but failed to do so. The court noted that the case had been pending for more than six months and that Jessica had not taken action for more than three months.

Upon the dismissal, Jessica claimed she was unable to locate Jenna to serve her with the documents. She initially requested permission to serve her via alternative methods such as email, text, or social media, but the court denied her request.

In her filing for annulment on April 16, Jessica alleged that Jenna fraudulently obtained her consent to marriage by misrepresenting her financial status including a $500,000 tax debt and failing to keep her promise of sobriety.

Jenna responded to the claims, expressing her well wishes for Jessica and emphasizing the importance of empathy and support in addressing addiction.

Jessica appears to have moved on into a new relationship, posting a photo with a blonde woman on social media.
