Not only the Detroit rapper performs hit latest track 'Walk on Water', but he also delivers performances of his previous hit songs such as 'Stan' and 'Love the Way You Lie'.

AceShowbiz - Ahead of the release of his highly-anticipated new album, Eminem was enlisted as the musical guest in "Saturday Night Live" latest episode, which aired on November 18. The Detroit rapper was expected to perform his latest track "Walk on Water" and a previously-unheard song. However, Eminem surprised viewers by delivering a nine-minute medley of his hit songs, including the latest track.

The medley performance, which marked Eminem's seventh performance on the NBC show, started with "Walk on Water". His longtime collaborator, Skylar Grey, opened the performance by singing the hook while playing the piano.

Eminem immediately moved on to his 1999 hit "Stan", spitting the lines, "I'm godlike/ Me and you are not like/ B***h, I wrote 'Stan'." Grey also stepped out to sing the hook of the track, which originally featured British singer Dido. The duo then continued their performance by delivering Eminem's Rihanna-assisted track, "Love the Way You Lie". The whole performance was backed up by a live band and a phalanx of string players.

Serving as a host during the latest episode of the NBC sketch show was Chance The Rapper. It marked his debut as a host on the show, which began airing in 1975. The "Blessings" rapper opened his monologue by pledging to give $1 million to Chicago public schools.

"The only problem is, I talked to my accountant and I do not have it," he joked. "So I need to make some money very very fast, but then I realized, there are no good Thanksgiving songs, and you can make some serious money with a holiday hit."

He continued his monologue by saying, "I wanna become the Mariah Carey of Thanksgiving," earning laughter from the audience. The rapper then started singing a silly song about spending holiday where you're "forced to see every single bad apple on your family tree."
