The former 'American Idol' winner reveals she secretly married her boyfriend Dana Isaiah in mid-July and is currently expecting their first child together.

AceShowbiz - Jordin Sparks just dropped a bombshell, but it's a good one. The "Battlefield" singer reveals that she secretly wed her boyfriend Dana Isaiah in mid-July and is currently pregnant with their first child together. She's due to give birth late next spring.
"We're both really excited," she tells PEOPLE about finally opening up about their happy news. "He's been like, 'I want to shout it from the mountain tops!' We're really proud to be married to each other and to be celebrating this."
Jordin shows off her growing baby bump in a picture obtained by the magazine. The couple also reveals their wedding rings.

The 27-year-old singer and the 25-year-old aspiring model met after their mothers put them together in a group text because Isaiah wanted to move to Los Angeles to pursue a modeling career. "My mom was trying to get [Jordin] to talk me out of moving to L.A. because she's experienced the industry out here," he says. "It wasn't like, 'We want you guys to date.' "
A month later, Isaiah flew out to L.A. for an agency meeting and met Jordin for the first time over Easter weekend. "A couple days after we had actually met, I was like in my head 'That's going to be my husband! That's my husband right there,' " Jordin says. "When I'm with him, I feel comfort and safety and calm and peace, and those aren't things that I normally felt. So it was a little wake-up call for me."
The two agreed that they wouldn't move in together until they're husband and wife. On July 16, while they're vacationing with their friends in Hawaii, they decided to elope. "We hadn't had a set plan or anything. We were like, 'If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, that's okay too,' " Jordin says of their wedding day.
"We all get in the water and we're having a good time and I just was like 'Morgan,' " she says about her best friend. "She had gotten ordained before the trip. I was like, 'Morgan, why don't you do it right now?' And she was like 'Okay!' " Isaiah adds, "I was like 'Jermaine! Tim! Come on!' We did it and then she was like 'Kiss me!' "
At that time a paparazzo took their photos, but had no idea that he had just documented the couple's most important moment in their lives. "That is basically the picture of the actual moment," Jordin says of tying the knot in a two-piece swimsuit with Fred the Flamingo floaty around her waist. "It was so much fun and we had such a great time. I do big events all the time, so to be able to have this moment, it was really special to me in that way. Everybody’'s love story is different."
The pair found out she was pregnant in August. "It was about five days after he moved to L.A. He comes in and I go 'I'm pregnant.' It was such a shock for both of us. I turned around and started bawling in the closet," Jordin shares.
"It's been really crazy because everything changes. Everything has been so crazy and fast-forward. Once we got over the initial shock of it, now again just like it is with the marriage, to be able to share that this amazing thing is happening, it's such a great thing. We did this together!"
