The 'Black Hawk Down' actor was removed from the set of 'Born Killers' after the young actress claimed he had touched her genitals, the film's cast and crew members reveal.

AceShowbiz - Tom Sizemore was removed from the Utah set of "Born Killers" in 2003 for allegedly molesting a 11-year-old girl. A dozen cast and crew members of the movie tell The Hollywood Reporter that the actor was told to leave the set after she claimed that he had touched her genitals.

The alleged incident occurred towards the end of production of the movie. During a second-unit still portrait session, the young actress was seated on Sizemore's lap. Actress Robyn Adamson, who was present during the shoot, recalls, "at one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited," and that afterwards the young girl "had trouble taking direction. Later, when I was told about what happened, I knew exactly what it was."

Casting director Catrine McGregor says she got a call from the young girl's agent the next day, informing her that the young girl had been inappropriately touched. "The mother noticed that her daughter was unusually quiet and told her she was going to take her to this swimming place that was the little girl's favorite thing," McGregor says. "When the girl put on her bathing suit, she told her mother that it reminded her of the day before, in an upsetting way - that the bathing suit's contact against her felt like what happened when the man had put his finger inside her."

According to Roi Maufas who worked as a production assistant, when words spread about what had happened to the young girl, other cast and crew members were so angry that producer James R. Rosenthal, who died in 2011, "had to stop a group of us from going to visit Mr. Sizemore to kick the guy's ass," though he was livid himself.

McGregor, meanwhile, subsequently filed a complaint with SAG's legal department and advocated for Sizemore's immediate dismissal from the project. When confronted about the incident, Sizemore denied it. "We also talked to Tom at the time and told him everything that had been told to us and he said: 'I've done a lot of awful things, and I'd never do anything with kids,' " the film's producer Michael Manshel adds.

The girl's parents also talked to the police but didn't press charges. Sizemore eventually returned to the set in Malibu for reshoots a couple of months later.

The now 26-year-old former actress, who asks not to be identified, declines to address the matter but says that she's recently hired a lawyer to explore legal action against the actor as well as her parents. Sizemore's agent Stephen Rice says when asked about the allegation, "Our position is 'no comment.' "
