Khloe Kardashian has been body-shamed, and she's not having it. The "Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian" star has taken to her Twitter account to hit back at critics after they accused her of trying to hide her weight gain by wearing baggy clothes.

Khloe tweeted a paparazzi photo taken from her Saturday afternoon, September 16 outing with her athlete boyfriend Tristan Thompson in Los Angeles. The picture featured her trading her usual form-fitting clothes for a black long-sleeved shirt, matching sweatpants and a pair of black furry slippers.

Defending herself from the allegations that she's wearing the baggy ensemble to hide her weight gain, the 32-year-old reality TV star wrote in the Sunday post, "So rude of people to say I'm getting fat because I wore baggy clothes to get laser hair removal." She added, "It's called being comfortable people."

Khloe admitted she lost around 40lbs. last year after finding a "healthy addiction" to the gym. In an interview with PEOPLE, she said, "I definitely think the physical and the mental go hand in hand. I feel so good in the gym that it [affects] the rest of my day. It's a healthy addiction. It's like buying your sanity."

The Good American founder also revealed to the publication that she meets with a trainer five days per week and does cardio on weekends, noting that she works out almost everyday. Her nutritionist also revealed that Khloe divided her diet into seven meals a day, each filled with either healthy fats, protein, fruits or vegetables.

She's keeping up her routine even after she got in shape. She has also been helping others by sharing photos and videos of her workout sessions, sometimes with her beau Tristan or her big sisters Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, on her social media pages.

On her website, Khloe recommends to lose weight by switching up workouts. "Our bodies are seriously smart. After only a few weeks of repeating the same exercise routine, the body will acclimate and adjust by figuring out how to use less energy and calories to accomplish the same thing," she explains.

"This means you're working just as hard as you were before but burning less fat," she continues, adding, "You don't have to work out MORE, necessarily, but you do have to workout SMARTER by always keeping your muscles guessing."
