A friend reveals that 'there's trouble in paradise' and 'it could possibly be the end' for the supermodel and her art curator boyfriend.

AceShowbiz - It looks like Heidi Klum and Vito Schnabel's romance is not going so well. A friend of the couple has revealed to Daily Mail that the 44-year-old supermodel and the 31-year-old art curator, who have been together for three years, are seemingly having troubles.
"It's definitely a case of trouble in paradise for the couple," the friend tells the site. "They haven't been pictured together at all recently, and Heidi stayed in a hotel during her recent trip to New York." The model did head to a hotel when she arrived in Manhattan on September 7 rather than staying with her long-time love at his property in the city.
The "America's Got Talent" judge also went solo when she attended the Harper's Bazaar Icons event at the Plaza in N.Y.C. over the weekend. "Heidi's been spending lots of time partying with her friends," the source notes. "She was also seen with Lewis Hamilton at the the Harper's Bazaar event. Friends are wondering if this could possibly be the end?"
Also fueling speculations that she and her art curator beau are on a break, the German supermodel was spotted with her ex-husband, English singer/songwriter Seal, as she threw a big birthday bash for one of her sons over the weekend.
Heidi and Vito were last seen hand-in-hand in NYC in late August. It came after the son of artist Julian Schnabel was pictured smooching another woman a month before. He was spotted in an embrace with the mystery brunette in the early hours of the morning in London.
Vito told PEOPLE of the kiss, "The claims that have been made are a misinterpretation of an entirely innocent situation," explaining that "there is nothing more to this than I was simply saying goodnight to a family friend and we went on our separate ways."
Heidi's rep has yet to respond to the report.
