'Mom' star Allison Janney praises her onscreen daughter on how she's dealing with her failed marriage.

AceShowbiz - Anna Faris is doing fine following her separation from husband Chris Pratt. According to Allison Janney, her co-star in CBS' comedy "Mom", Faris was back on set with a big smile. "She just is a trooper. She comes to work with a smile on her face," she told E! News.
"She's a professional. I love her to death," Janney continued. "Her private life she keeps pretty much to herself. She comes to work and gets the job done. She's great." She added, "She's got a big smile on her face and she's getting through it."
The sitcom has been renewed for a fifth season. It will premiere on September 2. It follows a single mother who is trying to restart her life after struggling with addiction and gambling. Faris plays the lead role and Janney portrays her onscreen mother.
Anna Faris, 40, called it quits with Chris Pratt, 38, after eight years of marriage. They said in a joint statement that they decided to part ways after they "tried hard for a very long time." The couple shares a four-year-old son named Jack.
Both remained silent on the reason behind their impending divorce, but the actress previously admitted to feeling insecure after he was rumored to have an affair with his "Passengers (2016)" co-star Jennifer Lawrence.
After her split, she gave a relationship advice in a recent episode of her podcast, "Life is too short to be in relationships where you feel this isn't fully right or somebody doesn't have your back, or somebody doesn't fully value you. Don't be afraid to feel your independence if things aren't right."
Without specifically mentioning her estranged husband, she continued, "I made that mistake, I think, a little bit, like 'I'm checking my relationship off the list' and if that would be the final piece of advice I could give you, that would be know your worth, know your independence."
