Kanye West is spiraling out of control again as he has to deal "with stress on all sides," according to a new report. The 39-year-old hip-hop artist is said to be drafting a mid-nuptial agreement with Kim Kardashian as his finances are a disaster and she wants protection.
"He's making all kinds of deals right now that are very high stakes, and Kim's nervous," a source told Radar Online. Although the famous couple already has an arrangement in place, which protects Kim from going down with him if he "goes under financially," she "wants everything looked over with a fine-tooth comb, especially as her kids are so involved and potentially impacted at this point."
The insider added that "Kim's worried sick about Kanye's current situation, which has incurred millions in legal fees already and is only getting more expensive and complicated. She wants to protect herself, and for all her faults nobody could blame her."
And "it's a huge headache" for Kanye, as he "doesn't have much of a stress threshold," an insider shared with Radar Online. All of their "dramas is having an effect on his marriage" to Kim, who "is just dumbfounded at what a liability Kanye turned into," said another insider. The source added that Kim just "doesn't know what to do" about the fact that they have a third child on the way via a surrogate.
