Kate Beckinsale is reportedly single again. The 44-year-old actress has called quits with her much-younger boyfriend, a 21-year-old aspiring actor named Matt Rife whom she was romantically linked over the summer.

"They went on a couple of fun dates," a source revealed to Us Weekly. "It fizzled out weeks ago. She's happily single and has a lot going on." Another insider added, "Kate is very busy with her daughter and her career."

Beckinsale was caught on camera making out with Rife in June. The couple kept mum on their relationship, but Rife posted a cryptic Instagram message that might refer to their romance. He posed next to a Senior Citizens Center sign with a caption, "Age is just a number. Find someone you love, and take their breath away...even if that means putting a kink in their oxygen tank cord. #LifeAlertTypeOfLove." The post has since been deleted from his page.

Kate Beckinsale was previously married to director Len Wiseman. They split in 2015 after 11 years of marriage. The actress has no child with the helmer but she shares an 18-year-old daughter, Lily, from her previous relationship with actor Michael Sheen.
