The 'Uncontrollably Fond' star has completed the first round of treatment and will possibly begin the second round in mid-August.

AceShowbiz - Kim Woo Bin's struggle with cancer is far from over. After being diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer back in May, the "Friend: The Great Legacy" actor has lost 22 lbs as a result of undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
Despite losing a lot of weight, Woo Bin's condition has improved. "Kim Woo Bin finished his 1st round of chemotherapy. He's healthy enough to start exercising," a rep for his agency Sidus HQ reveals.
The "Twenty" star will possibly begin the 2nd round of treatment next month. "We hope we'll be able to give good news related to the 2nd round of treatments when the results come out in mid-August. Thanks to the improved medicines, he hasn't experienced drastic change like loss of hair," the rep continues. "However, he lost about 10 kg [22 lbs] of weight, and he's sustaining in the lower 60 [132 lbs] kg area."
Although undergoing treatment must be hard for Woo Bin, his girlfriend Shin Min A was said to have been accompanying him during his chemotherapy sessions. "Many people's attention have been drawn to Shin Min A as she always accompanies Kim Woo Bin to the hospital when he goes for treatment," a source shared. "There are a lot of people at the hospital, but because they are such a good-looking couple, I think many people notice them."
Woo Bin's close pal Kim Young Kwang also showed his support for the "School 2013" actor. "The only thing I can do is to send a message of encouragement," Young Kwang said in a recent interview. "I hope Woo Bin goes through it. I hope and believe that he will get better soon and show us great things."
