The music video features footage of the 47-year-old rapper's trip to Kingston, Jamaica while working on the song with the reggae singer.

AceShowbiz - After releasing two visuals for "The Story of O.J." and the title track off "4:44", Jay-Z has now unleashed a brand new video for "Bam" featuring Damian Marley. The six-minute visuals documents Jigga's recent trip to Jamaica, where he recorded the song with the son of Bob Marley. The two can be seen visiting Trenchtown and discussing things between the beautifully composed shots.

Directed by Rohan Blair-Mangat, the clip begins with Jay-Z saying, "The prophets in the beginning were musicians. They were poets, writers. That's what we've been tasked with in this life. We're whistles. The wind goes through us, we make noise."

While roaming Jamaican streets, the husband of Beyonce Knowles gets some history lessons from Damian. "The way the community is built, if you notice how the rooms all surround a courtyard setting, in the courtyard setting would be where a lot of the music was made," the reggae singer explained.

Last month, Damian detailed the music mogul's visit to Jamaica. "We took him around Trenchtown, which is a community that my father grew up in as a young man, and various other great reggae musicians," he shared. "We kind of walked him around that Hellshire Beach. It's a very popular beach in Kingston."
