AceShowbiz - A new report reveals the possible reason why Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z's twins are still under doctors' care. According to a scoop from TMZ, the babies which sexes haven't been revealed were born prematurely.
It's unclear how early the babies arrived, but they're reportedly "under the lights" after birth. It's usually a procedure to "lower bilirubin in the blood to eliminate the jaundice," a common condition among premature babies.
Beyonce and her rapper husband Jay-Z welcomed the latest additions to their growing family a week ago at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, just in time for Father's Day. The couple hasn't issued any statement, but Bey's father Mathew Knowles has confirmed it on Instagram. The newborns have since been kept in hospital due to a "minor issue."
